However, since every custom order is unique, we require customers to send us their design details via email so we can ensure the best quality print.
How to Order a Personalized Item
To create your custom piece, follow these simple steps:
1️⃣ Choose Your Product – Browse our personalized collection and select a hoodie, t-shirt, or accessory.
2️⃣ Send Us Your Design – Email your text or image to greetings@obsidianchic.com with:
• Text Customization: The exact wording and preferred font style.
• Image Customization: A high-resolution image (PNG or JPG, at least 300 DPI) to ensure clear printing.
3️⃣ We Review & Confirm – Our team will check your request and let you know if any adjustments are needed.
4️⃣ Production & Shipping – Once confirmed, we’ll print your design and ship it to you.

Important Customization Guidelines
What We Can’t Print
To protect intellectual property rights and ensure ethical printing, we do not accept:
❌ Copyrighted logos, characters, or brand names without permission.
❌ Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
❌ Low-quality images that may result in poor print quality.

Image Requirements for Best Quality
✅ Resolution: At least 300 DPI for clear printing.
✅ File Format: PNG or JPG preferred.
✅ Background: Transparent background if applicable (for clean printing).
✅ Size: Must match product dimensions (we’ll provide guidance if needed).
Password-Protected Page for Viewing Your Custom Product
Once your custom item is created, you’ll receive a password to a private page where you can preview your design before it goes into production. This ensures that you’re completely happy with the look and feel of your custom piece.
The page will feature a high-quality image of your design and allow you to make any final adjustments.
